Pharmacovigilance

Pharmacovigilance comes from the word Pharmakon (Greek) which means medicine and Vigilare (Latin) which means supervision. Pharmacovigilance is all activities related to the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of side effects or other problems associated with drug use.

As a pharmaceutical company affiliated with Meiji Seika Pharma (MSP) in Japan, PT. Meiji has committed itself to producing drugs with quality and safety assurance.

To ensure product safety, PT. Meiji carries out the safety monitoring of the circulated drugs and is responsible for taking the necessary actions on an ongoing basis.
