2025 NON-FIELD FORCE TRAINING

Topic	:	"Enhancing Initiative and Collaboration"
Activities	:	To strengthen workplace readiness and collaboration, PT. Meiji Indonesia conducted the "Enhancing Initiative and Collaboration" training on July 30 and 31, 2025, at the Head Office in Jakarta. Attended by 44 Non-Field Force Officers, the program covered topics on global changes affecting the way we work, the importance of adopting a proactive mindset, effective communication skills, and productive collaboration strategies. This training aimed to encourage individual initiative and reinforce teamwork to support the Company’s overall objectives.
