Composition Tafluprost 0,0015% Timolol Maleate 0.683% equivalent to Timolol 0.5%.

Product Category Eye Drop (Prostaglandin Analogue/Beta Blocker).

Indication Reduction of Intraocular pressure (IOP) in adult patients with open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who are insufficiently responsive to topical monotherapy with beta-blockers or prostaglandin analogues and require a combination therapy.

Dosage and Administration Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) once daily.

Contraindications Patients with bronchial asthma or a history of bronchial asthma, bronchospasm, or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Patients with poor-controlled cardiac failure, sinus bradycardia, second-or third-degree atrioventricular block, or cardiogenic shock. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in this product.

Adverse Drug Reactions Abnormality in eyelashes, conjunctival injection, corneal epithelium disorder including punctate keratitis, blepharal pigmentation, eye irritation, etc.

Storage Store in refrigerator (2ºC to 8 ºC) under protection from light. Store below 30ºC after opening and use within 1 month.
